February 14-15, 2013 in Chotowa (near Dębica) there was a Conference “The Role of Small Agricultural Holdings in Agriculture and Rural Ares Development” .
The future of Small Agricultural Holdings was discussed by scientists, representatives of agricultural organization and institutions from Podkarpackie Voivodship and five Agriculture Chambers representing the Macro region. The Conference was organized within the “Agreement of Agricultural Chambers of South-Eastern Poland” by the Podkarpacka Agriculture Chamber together with the University of Agriculture in Krakow.
Stands of participants and conclusions of the conference were incorporated into „Podkarpacki Memorial” (Sub Carpathian Memorial), which encompasses indicators to the directions of changes proposed by the agricultural self-government as the representatives of scientists.
